Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days to process orders and extra time for shipping due to the shipping delays impacted by COVID-19. All of our items are made from natural products and may melt during transit. If your items melt please place them in the refrigerator to solidify before use. If melted the volume of the product may appear to be less than packaged due to the change in its properties. After it is refrigerated butters may be a balm like texture with the same great benefits.
